My own creation.



1 can Cream of Chicken (98% Fat Free)

1 can Chicken Noodle Soup

4 c. Water

2 frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 bay leaf

1.5 cups egg noodles


Dump everything MINUS the noodles into a crockpot and ignore on low for 8’ish hours.  30 minutes before dinner, stir in the noodles.   Delicious and only slightly over 200 cal/serving.  Holla!
