I’m getting back to the point where choosing healthy foods and eating appropriate proportions feels NORMAL! 

I love it! 

I also had the temptation of Soda in my house over Christmas. My parents love Diet Coke. I managed to not drink ANY. Soda has been such a problem for me in the past, but I feel like kicking that habit has finally happened! 

Feeling good. GEtting my exercise in. Just got the 500 fitness minutes trophy today! Been a long time since I’ve seen one of those. January will see 1000+ fitness minutes! Need to work on getting getting more steps in.
