I’ve been stuck in a plateau for the last 4 weeks.  It’s been rather unsettling.  I won’t pretend that I haven’t gotten a bit depressed about it…and thus another binge cycle had started.  I decided last week that it had to STOP.  Thankfully that meant a 3 lb loss last week.  This week I’ve really tried to stick to my guns and eat a LOT of veggies and a little bit of fruit.  Meat has been more of a side dish.  I also got my butt back into the pool which has been wonderful.  Even if I don’t ‘lose’ this week, I’ve gained back some control over what I’m putting in to my body.  It feels like a victory to me.
