Weight:  -.4


I’ve been following Weight Watchers seriously for the last few months.  The weight losses have been slow and hard-fought.  This week, I lost .4 lbs.  I am extremely grateful for the loss because my fitness fell off a cliff.  I stayed for the meeting where we discussed things that help us hop back on the train (or stay on to begin with) when we hit a few bumps in the road.  Excellent conversation and laughs.  I love being the youngest person in the room.  I enjoy the perspective of the older people, and the sense of humor cannot be beat.  I have tried several different leaders, days and times.  Thursday at 10:00 are my tribe.


Plan for the Coming Week:

  • Working out with my Trainer on Friday/Wednesday.
  • 10,000 steps three times this week.
  • Meal prep on Sunday.
  • Water!

Of course, tracking will also take place.
